1. You buy the service and pay for it.
2. Our first available Level 1 assistant reaches you via the communication you want (Whatsapp, Sms, Phone, E-mail).
3. If your computer is turned on, it allows you to install a suitable remote support software (Teamviewer, LogMeIn, Alpemix, Ammyy, Microsoft Remote Desktop).
4. It connects to your computer and fixes your problem.
5. It waits for your confirmation.
6. If everything is fine, it terminates the connection.
7. If the issue is not resolved, it will refer you to a free higher support team.

If none of our support staff can fix your problem, we’ll issue a refund. The important thing is to be able to work with you for a long time.

• The service is limited to 1 hour or 5 email accounts.
• Settings related to the server are beyond the scope of the service.
