- You buy the service and pay for it.
- Our first available Level 1 assistant reaches you via the communication you want (Whatsapp, Sms, Phone, E-mail).
- If your computer is turned on, it allows you to install a suitable remote support software (Teamviewer, LogMeIn, Alpemix, Ammyy, Microsoft Remote Desktop).
- It connects to your computer and fixes your problem.
- It waits for your confirmation.
- If everything is fine, it terminates the connection.
- If the issue is not resolved, it will refer you to a free higher support team.
If none of our support staff can fix your problem, we’ll issue a refund. The important thing is to be able to work with you for a long time.
- The service is limited to 1 hour or 5 email accounts.
- Settings related to the server are beyond the scope of the service.
