Plusnext Voice Privacy Policy

Effective 7 September 2026

Plusnext Voice provides business calling, company contacts, call history, recording and transcript access, and direct messaging for organisations using a Plusnext-managed communications service. Access and features are controlled by the user's organisation and server-issued permissions.

Data we process

We process account identity, organisation and work-directory information to authenticate and authorise users. We process caller and called numbers, call direction, status, timestamps and duration to provide calling, history and authorised team reporting. We process an installation identifier, PushKit token, APNs environment, SIP instance and device liveness to support incoming calls and the mobile-device limit.

Where enabled and authorised, the service processes call recordings and transcripts. Personal contacts and plain-text or emoji messages are stored so they synchronise across the user's devices. Blocks, abuse reports and moderation records are processed to enforce safety and maintain an audit trail.

Device access and storage

The app uses the microphone for call audio and Apple PushKit, APNs and CallKit for incoming calls. Credentials and session material are protected in the iOS Keychain. Recordings downloaded for playback use protected temporary storage and are removed when playback context ends. The app does not use advertising identifiers, cross-app tracking, location, photos, camera, health, fitness or payment data and it does not permit file attachments.

Sharing and international service delivery

Data is disclosed only to the customer's authorised users and administrators, Plusnext personnel who need access for service, support or security, and approved hosting, telecom, Apple notification and transcription providers needed to deliver enabled features. Tenant and team permissions are enforced by the server. Telecom calls and cloud services may involve processing outside the user's country subject to the applicable customer arrangement and legal safeguards.

Roles and retention

The customer's organisation normally controls its business communications data and Plusnext processes that data to provide the contracted service. Plusnext may act as controller for its own account security, service administration and support records where applicable. Data is retained according to the customer's configuration, contract and applicable legal requirements; recording and transcript retention can differ by organisation. Device registrations are removed when expired, replaced, signed out or administratively revoked.

Your choices and rights

Contact your organisation administrator for account scope, recording policy or an initial access, correction or deletion request. Privacy questions and rights requests may also be sent to support@plusnext.net. We may need to verify your identity and organisation before acting.

Plusnext Voice is not offered for advertising, does not sell personal data and does not track users across other companies' apps or websites.
